The ConfiDent® Plan 2012 offered by Newport Dental is a prepaid plan that provides patients in California with significant savings on dental care. For a $40 annual membership fee, the ConfiDent® 2012 Plan offers you reduced fees on many services. If you already have dental insurance, you can use the ConfiDent® 2012 Plan for services your insurance does not cover.

Plan Members can:
- Obtain a Referral to a Specialist: Call 1-800-49SMILE.
- Contact Your Dentist After Hours: For emergencies, call your local office.

- Submit an on-line Grievance Form: Sent though our secure server directly to Newport Dental Plan.
